Monitor isnt working?
If the PC is on but not showing anything on one or both of the screens, please use this page to diagnose the issue.
Step One: Diagnostics
- Is the power out?
If so, report outage by calling[redacted/phone company]
- Have you pressed the power button on the desktop?
- Is the desktop plugged in correctly?
- Are the monitors plugged in and powered on?
- Is the device powered on?
- Are the display cables plugged in fully to both the desktop and the monitor?
Step Two Troubleshooting
After each step, re-check for function
- Start buy fully unplugging the affected monitor(s) from power and checking the cables for any defects.
After waiting at least 2 minutes, re-insert the power cables as they were originally oriented.
- If the above isn't working, repeat the step but insert the power cable directly into the wall socket and not the UPS.
- If the above isn't working, remove the display cables fully by pressing the retention clips and removing the cables.
